As an accomplished business leader with expertise in construction and business acquisitions,
Michael is a pragmatic operator with an entrepreneurial spirit, focused on efficient operational
management and meeting business objectives.

He demonstrates the experience and confidence to take calculated risks and make important
commercial decisions for the overall benefit of the business. Michael is adept at presenting progress
reports and results to the board and external organisations, to facilitate well-informed forward
planning.

Skilled in collaborating across multiple functions to generate sustainable development and best
practice, Michael is an astute director and a natural networking expert, with an experience of
managing clients, stakeholders and partners with tact and diplomacy to clinch the best deals for
progression.

Giles has worked in various market sectors. Having begun with a sponsored degree program in
collaboration with Ford Motor Company, Giles then moved to the role of Plant Manager at Black &
Decker, showcasing his exceptional talent and drive for success. He subsequently gained expertise in
operations and manufacturing as the European Operations Director at Tyco Electronics, and later
served as the General Manager for the European Commercial Vehicle business at Borg Warner.

His experience also includes multiple managing director roles and Chief Operating Officer at
Safestyle plc. Additionally, he successfully managed an MBO and a large manufacturing facility at
Komatsu Mining Corp (C&C) EURASIA.

With a strong focus on driving sales growth and scaling businesses, Giles has excelled in diverse
organisational structures, from US-listed companies to venture capital-backed and privately-owned
entities.

Martyn Archer CFO

CFO

Martyn is a commercially and operationally focused CFO/FD with a wealth of leadership experience
across a diverse range of industries, including Automotive, Food/FMCG, Engineering, Oil & Gas,
Marketing, Print/Packaging, Aerospace, and Logistics. This has been under multiple ownership
models; from family-owned businesses to large group entities.

With an impressive track record, Martyn has successfully undertaken various value creation projects,
spearheaded rationalisation and restructuring initiatives, facilitated company acquisitions and
disposals, effectively managed working capital in distressed businesses, and skilfully sourced
funding. Notably, he recently concluded a significant sale transaction in Q4 of 2021.

With experience as the lead in operations and commercial roles, Martyn has also acted as managing
director in multiple organisations – he brings a wealth of expertise and a proven ability to drive
success in complex business environments.
